Q. Why are you selling these products for such a low price?
A. We are a small shop with low overhead, so we can pass the savings on to you.

Q. Are these cast pieces?
A. No, these are all cut pieces and machined to fit before welding.

Q. Are these made over-seas?
A. No, these are 100% made in the USA.

Q. Will these arms work in a stock beam?
A. Yes, they will work fine on a stock beam. The AS-335 requires a through bolt to replace the torsion springs.

Q. Are the spindles chromolly or just the spindle shaft it selves?
A. The spindles are chromolly and the king pin housing is made from DOM steel.

Q. What bearings do I need, where can I find them, and are they expensive?
A. A couple of recommended bearing manufactures are Timken and NTN

These bearings can be purchased at your local off-road shop, through Grainger supply house, or from any bearing
outlet. They will range in price from $3.00 to $10.00 each.

Q. What brakes will work with the spindles?
A. Drum brakes from a link-pin front-end and a ball joint backing plate or any of the aftermarket disc setups, that will fit the combo spindle, will work with these drop spindles.

Q. Are these new?
A. T. I. Designs has been building and selling parts for the last 10 years.

Q. What size/tread bolt is required for the lower shock mount?
A. The lower shock mount is taped for a ½ 13 tread.

Q. What length shock can I use?
A. You can use a shock length from 10” to 12”.

Q. How much wheel travel can I get with these arms?
A. The maximum wheel travel with a 10-inch or longer shock would be 14 inches with the 2 1/4 arms
and up to 18 inches with the 4 over arms.

Q. Is there any advantage to using a shock longer than 10 inches?
A. A longer shock will run cooler. A longer coil over setup will allow you to put more preload in for a smoother ride.
